More than 50 volunteer optometrists, ophthalmologists and vision specialists support I Care San Antonio’s mission to improve lives by providing eye care - including medical, surgical and optical - to those in need.

I Care San Antonio provides comprehensive vision care for patients age 3 and older — from young children to seniors.

I Care San Antonio serves individuals and families throughout the San Antonio community who face barriers to accessing quality eye care, and live in the following counties:

  • Atascosa

  • Bandera

  • Bexar

  • Comal

  • Frio

  • Guadalupe

  • Kendall

  • Kerr

  • Medina

  • Wilson
