During National Military Family Month, on November 20, 2025, I Care San Antonio will proudly celebrate their expanded veterans' initiative, All Star Eye Care for Veterans and Their Families. This program is dedicated to helping low-income and homeless veterans and their immediate family members access complete eye care including medical, surgical and optical ...because when one member joins the military, the whole family serves.

Experience an unforgettable event with Cesar A. “Rico” Rodriguez Jr., one of America’s most distinguished fighter pilots. A retired U.S. Air Force Colonel, Rico amassed over 3,100 flight hours—including 350 in combat—while serving in Operations Desert Storm, Allied Force, and Iraqi Freedom. As one of the few pilots in modern history to achieve three air-to-air victories, his stories of courage, leadership and resilience are unparalleled.

A V.I.P reception will be held the night before the O'Dark Thirty Breakfast - Wednesday, November 19 from 5:30 - 7 p.m. This intimate and limited event provides Platinum and Gold Sponsors the opportunity to enjoy an evening with special guest, Cesar “Rico” Rodriguez.

The O’Dark Thirty Breakfast benefits the All Star Eye Care Program. Your support helps to make a difference in the lives of our most vulnerable veteran families.
